Although they were a little late arriving, they installed our garage door opener quickly. It works amazingly and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The technician they sent out was very friendly and I scheduled an appointment on Saturday and the work was done on Monday. Very happy about the service we received!

Garage Door Doctor representative called me within about 30 seconds of my submitting the e-mail! He came out the next day (within 20 hours of my request) and fixed the garage door. Very friendly, nice, and competent!! Strongly recommend.

They called me minutes after I logged out of ServiceMagic.com and asked me several specific questions in order to make sure that I needed their services. After it was clear what the problem was, they quoted me a price and arranged for a visit the following morning. They arrived at the time specified and tried to save me money by fixing the problem without replacing the equipment however the technician was unable to do so. He then noticed that the equipent that he had was not the proper piece needed for the repair and he would have to go back and get the proper piece and return the following day. They returned the following afternoon and replaced the broken piece. I was very pleased that they went the extra mile (over 30 miles) and didn't blink. Their customer service was a welcomed surprised.

Better than I could ever imagine. He returned my call before I could stand up from my computer. I explained my problem and he told me exactly what he was planning to do, right down to the cost. He came the next day, and my garage door was working when I returned home from work. He didn't press for payment immediately, but told me to drop it in the mail. I am still smiling.

Within 5 minutes of making my first phone call to Service Magic, I was connected with Mike at Garage Door Doctor. He fit me into his schedule the next morning and told me he would call me when he was about 30 minutes away from my house and we set up an appointment for 9:30 am. I received a phone call from Mike, just as he promised, about 8:45 am. He said he was a little earlier than he expected but he would be at my home in about 30 minutes if that was ok. He arrived right on time, fixed my garage door very quickly and charged me exactly what he quoted the day before. I am very impressed with his professionalism and service.

I was still checking out the Service Magic website (it was new to me today) when I received a call from Mike Dike of Garage Door Doctor. I was impressed! Mike asked me specific questions about my garage door problem, scheduled a time to complete the repair today (Same day Service was Awesome), gave me a price. Mike showed up on time, had the correct repair parts, repaired my door and charged me exactly what he said he would charge. It was an enjoyable experience and I will use him again should there be a need. Thanks Mike!
